We’re off to the races with four veterinary cases within the first two weeks of the year. Sappho, an older pup, underwent surgery to remove two adrenal glands, but is doing well post-op. Honey, a tiny Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, is one lucky pup after getting out of her yard and being struck by a vehicle, but only suffering lacerations and abrasions. Cody, a French bull dog, underwent surgery to amputate his tail after a botched tail docking, which occurred prior to his adoption, led to a tumor forming on what was left. And, Cairo, a sweet 18 week old puppy, fell off the bed, fracturing her leg and injuring her eye in the process. She underwent surgery and is doing well.
