This adorable, squishy face belongs to Mama, a three-year-old pup battling heartworm. She had her first treatment at Planned Pethood and is scheduled to go back for more. Mama lives with Linda, whose main source of income is SSDI, so money is tight. She and her son love Mama and are trying to get her all the help she needs. HH was able to pitch in towards Mama’s treatment, thanks to our donors, and her prognosis is good with continued care.
