Are you inspired by our mission and want to help? We have several key volunteer positions open and are looking for dedicated individuals who have the time and desire to tackle these positions. Volunteer Team Leads — we are working to restructure our volunteer program by grouping our volunteers into teams focused on different aspects of our program: Administration, Fundraising/Events, Marketing, Communications, and Direct Animal Support. We are looking for volunteers to organize and lead these teams including coordinating team activities and communication.  

Social Media Manager — the volunteer in this position coordinates HHF’s social media postings, creates original content, including videos, and helps increase our visibility and presence on digital platforms. Previous experience definitely helpful. Time commitment will vary and will increase during fundraising campaigns and before major fundraising events.

Volunteer Coordinator — the volunteer in this position is the first point of contact for our volunteers and is responsible for recruiting, orienting, and scheduling volunteer support for HHF activities. Time commitment of 2-3 hours per week is needed.

Board Members — we are a small charity with a big mission and we need dedicated board members to help govern, provide financial oversight, set policy, and serve as our ambassadors around the state. Commitment to the mission is essential. Attendance at monthly, virtual meetings is required. Time commitment will vary according to position on the board.
