This paw enforcement officer is Shelbie, a 10-year-old Teddy Bear Poodle. Shelbie was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur. His person, Susan, has been ill lately and unable to get him into a veterinary cardiologist, so, in the meantime, HH was able to help with heart medication and food for Mr. Shelbie until an appointment can be made.
