We are reinstating our memorial program through HHF as a fundraiser to help pets in need, but also to acknowledge the profound bond we form with our companion animals.  Paw print plaques, like the one pictured, with personalized engraving, are available for a donation to HHF of $50 or more.  The plaques are a great way to remember a special pet or to honor someone involved in the animal welfare field.  As we work to update our website, we will eventually implement a virtual wall of honor, so stay tuned.  

To order a plaque, please send your check to Harley’s Hope Foundation, PO Box 88146, Colorado Springs 80908.  Provide us with the name of the pet or person being honored, what you would like engraved on the plaque, the name and mailing address of the intended recipient, as well as your name and contact info.  Or you may make your donation online via the HHF website, and follow up with an email containing the information requested above.  We hope to have an online order form up and running very soon.
